The Snug is a straightforward, hard-wearing booth: a plain upholstered back and seat in grey faux leather over a dark timber-effect base, finished with a small timber lattice crest along the top of the back.
The plain back is the most practical choice for a busy pub: there are no flutes or buttons to trap crumbs, it wipes clean in one pass, and it is the quickest back to re-cover when the time comes. The lattice crest adds character and protects the top edge from chair backs.
Construction. Closed seat box, braced back frame, firm seat foam on a solid deck, timber-effect or veneered base.
Formats. Single against a wall, facing pairs for a four-person bay, or back to back as a double.
