Pub floors are rarely level. Old boards dip, flagstones heave, and floors often fall towards a drain or cellar. A booth set on an uneven floor rocks, creaks and opens gaps at the joints with its neighbours.
The Old-Floor Levelling Booth stands on adjustable feet set every 500 mm along a 140 mm base, each with a brass threaded stem, an adjusting nut and a nylon pad. Each foot adjusts by about ±25 mm. Small square cut-outs in the base skirt let the fitter reach the feet without lifting the booth.
Fitting. Set the booth in place, level it end to end and front to back, then fix it to the wall. Neighbouring sections can be matched exactly so their seat fronts and tops line up.
Construction. Rigid seat box, braced back frame, levelling feet in a reinforced base, nylon pads to protect floors.
Options. Length, back style, upholstery, base finish, foot pads for timber, tile or stone.
