Long banquette runs usually go wrong at the joints: one section sits higher than the next, a gap opens at the top, the seat fronts do not line up. The Truline is engineered so the fitter cannot get it wrong.
Each 1,200 mm section has brass locating dowels, about 20 mm in diameter, on one end face and chamfered sleeves on the other. Push two sections together and the dowels pull them into line, height and depth. A half alignment plate on each base meets its neighbour to form one plate, and the top trim on each section is mitred at 45 degrees so the joint disappears.
Why 1,200 mm. Sections of this size can be carried by two people through a standard internal door and up most stairs, then built into a run of any length.
Construction. Rigid seat boxes, braced backs, brass dowels and sleeves, section-to-section bolts, concealed wall fixings.
Options. Section lengths, back style, upholstery, trim finish.
